Absolutely love the interior design of this place. Super artistic, trending, vibey, and just aesthetically on point. This is located in South Coast Mall so plenty of parking inside. The staff were super friendly and hep provided recommendations when needed. Haven't tried the chocolates but tried the following gelato flavors: - Matcha & Vanilla - Hazelnut & Cappuccino All the flavors were good! Definitely can taste the earthy matcha flavor and I think my next favorite would be the hazelnut. Would want you to come back again to try more flavors and the chocolate!

Erik was an amazing help. We were visiting the store for the 1st time, so he took extra care to show us around. He was so knowledgable, happy, and kind while we asked many questions about ingredients and the sugar free options. We were surprised to learn how truly natural the recipes are and the labels saying sugar free really means sugar free. We tried many samples until we were chocolate out. It was a good time, and we spent quite a lot of money on gifts for family and friends. We will be back! Love from Texas.

I was absolutely thrilled to find this place! I first tried this ice cream in Italy, and it was the best ice cream I had ever tasted. Imagine my surprise when I discovered it here! I love it!!! The service is outstanding, and every flavor is delicious. One thing I really loved is that you can sample their chocolate treats before choosing. They also offer beautiful handmade chocolates that are definitely worth trying. Everything in this shop is made with great quality and care. Whether you’re coming for the ice cream, the handmade chocolates, or both, you won’t be disappointed. I highly recommend stopping by and treating yourself - especially to the handmade chocolates and, of course, the incredible ice cream!!!!

It was our first visit to Venchi, and Erik gave us the gold star treatment. We were very impressed with the quality and variety. Plant based chocolates, and no sugar added chocolates, available as well! This is my new favourite chocolate store. The Chocoviar Gianduja and Chocoviar Blood Orange were personal favourites. We got the Chocoviar sampler, and will be going back to discover more favourites. Make sure you try the Gianduitto and the handmade truffles!

Venchi at South Coast Plaza is pure fun, the kind of place that always has a line out the door for a reason. Everything looks glossy and perfect behind the glass, and the gelato is rich, clean, and super satisfying, with that signature Venchi chocolate vibe that feels a little indulgent in the best way. One thing to know, they can’t serve cones because of the mall policy. I’ll be honest, I love the crunch and the cone is a big part of the ice cream experience for me, so that was a bummer. Still, if you’re craving a high quality scoop in a cup and you don’t mind the wait, it’s absolutely worth it. More on social media: @ratedbymaryam
